My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were very clean and spacious, the constant noise from kids running around late into the night was quite bothersome. The service, overall, was friendly and welcoming, although there were some moments where staff seemed disinterested. The location was convenient for exploring the Short Pump area but fell short in cleanliness standards for me. The dining experience stood out with a great omelet station and good variety, making it better than most hotels.
